Hayley Martin has been dancing for eighteen years. She is a qualified highland dance teacher with the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (BATD) and has been teaching for eleven years. Hayley has danced, taught, and competed in Canada, Scotland, and Australia. In 2013, she was part of a group of Canadian dancers who were chosen to perform for the Queen and the Royal family at Balmoral Castle.
Sarah Burgess began dancing at the age of 7 in New Zealand and competed at premier level for over four years before moving to Perth. She placed in the top 6 of the New Zealand championship and the Auckland City of Sails open championship. Sarah is now semi retired as a dancer and is working towards a full teachers qualification with BATD. Sarah is a licensed Highland Hustle instructor.Aurian ClarksonRebecca Wraight has returned after five years off from dancing and teaching. She started dancing at a young age in ballet, tap, and jazz, and only came to highland as an adult beginner. She very quickly moved through the levels and exams and went to compete in almost every state in Australia whilst also completing dance exams. Rebecca is planning to sit her full teachers certificate in the near future.
Our teachers have valid Working With Children Checks and are First Aid and CPR certified.
